4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping within the United Kingdom only, with delivery options and charges as follows:
- Standard Delivery (Free on orders over £100):
- 3-5 business days for England, Scotland, and Wales.
- 5-7 business days for Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and remote areas.
- Orders under £100 will be charged £4.95 for standard delivery.
- Express Delivery:
- £4.95 for 1-2 business days in mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.
- 2-3 business days for other remote areas.
- Order Dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends, will be dispatched the next working day.
- Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the dispatch confirmation email.
- Non-delivery: If your order has not arrived within 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us at hello@townhouseblankets.com. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Order Amendments & Cancellations
