SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?
Townhouse Blanket Co. offers shipping throughout the United Kingdom. We provide free standard delivery on orders to UK mainland addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and BFPO addresses at this time. Please note that free shipping terms are subject to change and may not apply to all products.

How long will my order take to ship?
Standard delivery times within the UK are as follows:

3-5 business days: England, Scotland & Wales.
5-7 business days: Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and other remote areas

Express delivery times within the UK are as follows:

1-2 business days: England, Scotland & Wales.
2-3 business days: Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and other remote areas

    Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates, and neither Townhouse Blanket Co. nor our delivery partners can guarantee specific delivery dates.

    What are the cut-off times for same-day shipping?
    Orders placed before 1:00 pm (UK time) Monday through Thursday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm, or on Fridays and weekends, will be dispatched on the next working day. Please consider this when selecting expedited delivery options.

    Do you ship outside of the UK?
    At this time, we only post to addresses inside the UK, excluding PO Boxes and BFPO addresses. Please sign up to our email newsletter for updates as we expand to service addresses in the EU.

    How much is postage and packing? 

    We provide free standard delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses. Express shipping is charged at £4.95

    How do I check the status of my order?
    You can check the status of your order by clicking the link in your order confirmation email. The subject line will be "Your Townhouse Blanket Co. order has been received." All relevant information will be available in that email.

    How do I track the shipping of my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the subject "Your Townhouse Blanket Co. order has been dispatched," which will include your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.

    Where is my order?

    When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is shipped. If, after 7 working days your order has not been delivered, please contact us by email at hello@townhouseblankets.com

     

    ORDERS

    Can I amend my order? 
    Once your order is placed, it will be sent for picking straight away, therefore we are sorry we are unable change, amend or cancel your order once it is paid for. If you make an error when ordering please reject the delivery and send details of your order number to hello@townhouseblankets.com so that it can be tracked and refunded.


    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    What is the return/exchange policy for Townhouse Blanket Co. products purchased at townhouseblankets.co.uk?
    At Townhouse Blanket Co., we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and from a smoke-free environment. All tags must still be attached.
    To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@townhouseblankets.com with your order number, and we will provide further details.
    Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
    Can I return or exchange an item bought from a retailer or third party?
    If you purchased your Townhouse Blanket Co. product from one of our retail partners or a third-party website, please contact the store or site where the purchase was made to process your return or exchange.
    What if I received an incorrect or damaged item?
    We are sorry to hear that! If you received the wrong item or your product is damaged, please contact us at hello@townhouseblankets.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a return or exchange for you as soon as possible.
    How long will it take to process my return and refund?
    Once your return has been received, our team will check it within 2 working days and subject to meeting our returns criteria, your refund will be processed immediately. Please bear in mind that it may take 3-5 days for the refund to be visible on your bank or credit card statement depending on the bank or card company policy.


    DISCOUNTS

    I received two different promo codes, but one isn’t working. Can I use both?
    We generally do not allow the use of multiple promo codes in the same transaction. If one of your codes isn’t working, you’ll need to choose which discount you’d like to apply. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to contact our Customer Service team.

      • Machine wash cold separately
      • Use gentle cycle, no bleach
      • Fabric softener can be used
      • Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat
      • Warm iron on satin only
